Listed below are the requests that have been logged in by Central Intake with an incorrect site name(location). The location should say 54080 - Capital Cardiology Associates for each request. They have not been processed. Please advise!

As of 9/28 all request should now be logged by the digital/central intake. Most DDS and CoC request will now be logged by the central/digital intake. This means you should no longer be logging  majority of request. There are a few exceptions which I will list below.  Clorie and her team will be handling all logging for MIU and CC. As for the exceptions, you will only need to LOG AND FULFILL:

 

1. Pull List
2. Audits
3. DDS request for Wyoming and Idaho.
4. If Clorie's team has any issues with request, Vidura will be letting us know and these will also need to be logged and fulfilled. 

 

Everything else will only need to be fulfilled only!

 

Heather/Cheryl/Danita, please confirm you get this and let me know if there is any issues or questions you have.
