This portal is a central location to log new product ideas or enhancement requests for the HealthSource application.  The information submitted on this portal will be reviewed and evaluated by Product Management to determine the cost/benefit of the request, assess the priority of the request, and determine if the request should be placed within a product backlog or roadmap.     

WHAT IS QA/QC ENGINEERING

Quality assurance (QA) is primarily concerned with the processes and techniques that improve quality, such as training, documentation, monitoring, and audits QC analyses the product to identify flaws that remain after development.
Who is a Qa and Qc Engineer?
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineers’ primary function is to ensure the quality of their company’s products by participating in all stages of product development, from development to packaging. In addition to upholding their company’s standards, QA/QC Engineers must conform to product quality and employee safety standards established by state and federal laws.

QA/QC Engineers typically work in factories, plants, or technology company offices, reporting to a small number of higher-level executives while supervising many lower-level workers.
