This portal is a central location to log new product ideas or enhancement requests for the HealthSource application.  The information submitted on this portal will be reviewed and evaluated by Product Management to determine the cost/benefit of the request, assess the priority of the request, and determine if the request should be placed within a product backlog or roadmap.     

1. Why does the "HP printer won't print color" issue occur?

If your HP printer won't print color, there are a number of possible causes. You must first check your ink cartridge to see if the color cartridge is out of ink and how much colored ink is left. The next reason could be that the color ink cartridge has passed its expiration date. Old, expired ink has a tendency to dry out and clump together, which affects color printing.
