HealthSource Beta Release Product Request Log

This portal is a central location to log new product ideas or enhancement requests for the HealthSource application.  The information submitted on this portal will be reviewed and evaluated by Product Management to determine the cost/benefit of the request, assess the priority of the request, and determine if the request should be placed within a product backlog or roadmap.     

Logging Submission User Validation Pop Ups

Add 2 pop-ups to the logging workflow. Pop-Up #1: Require the Logger to confirm they have validated the authorization Pop-Up #2: Ask user "Are You Sure You Want to Submit to Fulfillment" immediately following clicking on 'Submit' button

    This legacy approach will not be brought forward at this time as this increases clicks and reduces usability.  Research has shown this extra click has not reduced human error rates.
